Genda-Playnation Entertainment are looking for new Customer Service Assistants for their 2026 season. We're looking for fast-paced, motivated and intuitive individuals, t o support the day-to-day operations of a licensed gaming venue by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring full compliance with legal and company standards. This includes welcoming customers, handling cash responsibly, reporting machine issues, and promoting business offerings KEY RESPONSIBILTIES Deliver and support company sales targets Provide outstanding customer service at all times Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation Proactively implement Challenge 25 procedures Promote products and services to all customers Customer Interactions and AV checks Monitor national exclusions Handle customer queries and complaints professionally SECURITY & COMPLIANCE Ensure the safety and security of cash, equipment, and company property Never leave cash or keys unattended or accessible to unauthorised persons Follow all company procedures regarding security and operations HEALTH & SAFETY Follow all health and safety policies and procedures Report hazards or incidents to your supervisor promptly Take appropriate action in the event of health and safety concerns Ensure all tasks comply with current legislation and company guidelines OUTLINE OF THE ROLE Job Role: Permanent full time Customer Service Assistant ( aged 18 plus) Salary: £13.24 per hour Benefits: Free Parking, Uniform provided (T shirt, Sweat-shirt, trousers) Hours: Full time - 42 hours OT per week, Working hours between 9am 9pm,Monday Sunday,Flexible irregular shift pattern Must be able to travel to and from venue on notice Start Date: As soon as possible Annual Leave: 25 days pro rata We provide on-the-job training for the position, ensuring that you can get up to speed whilst working alongside one of our supervisors.
