Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team of clinic administrators. You must be organised, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
* Provide an administrative service to the Pre‑assessment clinic, including greeting patients and visitors.
* Handle telephone and email enquiries, respond to requests for information, appointments, and general inquiries.
* Support the effective running of the clinic by working with the nursing team and liaising with other areas of the hospital and NHS organisations.
* Arrange appointments for patients in a timely manner for various clinics within the department.
* Work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining a patient‑focused, quality‑driven approach.
* Occasional Saturday working may be required.
Qualifications & Skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Confidence in liaising with staff at all levels.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
Eligibility & Sponsorship
* The Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this position.
* A full‑time permanent contract cannot be offered to individuals on a Student visa unless they have applied for a Graduate Visa or have otherwise satisfied the Home Office Skilled Worker route.
