Job Title: Senior Lawyer – Property Litigation (Charities)
Locations: Exeter, Bristol or Plymouth
Working Pattern: Full-time

We act for many of the UK's leading charities, and you will play a key role in enabling them to continue their work by resolving complex property disputes and providing expert guidance to protect and preserve their vital property assets.
We recently won industry awards in the legacy sector and are looking for a lawyer who shares our dedication to clients in this field.

What you'll do
* Lead on property litigation matters for charity clients, including lease disputes, rent reviews, boundary issues, possession proceedings, third party rights and more.
* Provide expert guidance to preserve and protect property assets, working collaboratively within our multi-disciplinary Charities team to optimise income and maximise the value of their resources.
* Mentor and supervise junior team members and build client relationships, contributing to business development and enhancing our reputation as a go-to adviser for charitable organisations.

What we're looking for
* At least 5+ years PQE with strong technical ability across a range of property disputes and able to run matters independently.
* Experience of acting for charities and not-for-profit organisations is desirable but not required; experience in probate litigation is welcome.
* Strong self-motivation with leadership qualities and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge across the team.
* Proven ability to build strong client relationships and expand your network within the industry.
* A passion for innovation and collaboration, and the ability to work well with others.
