Job Brief:

Responsibilities:
* Allaspect of application administration and processing for submissionto RRGs Partner Universities whichincludes.
1. CompletingStudentApplications.
2. Providingprofessional advice and guidance on admission and recruitmentprocess andprocedures.
3. Assessingqualifications (including contributing or defining academicrequirements).
4. FeeAssessing.
* Towork collaboratively with Student Recruitment and Outreach onconversion and recruitment activity.
* UK University applicationprocess and entry requirement guidance to international students.
* Assist with recruitment offand provide information to prospectivestudents.
* Assist withrecruiting and marketing campaigns for specific programmes in acollaborative effort to meet performancegoals.
* Processing studentapplications fromRRG.
* Coordinating processingand managing applications from all RRGoffices.
* Developing andmaintaining excellent knowledge of RRG services andproducts.
* Abetting andrepresenting RRG at University Exhibitions International EducationFairs and RRG Exhibitions.
* Liaising with UKUniversities and their officers for studentrecruitment.
* Advising /Counselling students from South Asia and Southeast Asia regarding;Universities Courses Admission requirements Entrance exams andScholarships available in theUK.
* Provide initialcounselling through voice and video communication to allprospective applicants and extend them an invitation to meet inperson at RRGs office for furthercounselling.
* Support thecompliance team for international applicants with their visarequirements.
* Supporting theCompany Director in marketing & developing RRGbranding.
* To regularlyreview the Admissions Process and Procedures identifying the needfor procedure updates and additional staff training whilstcoordinating with all RRG offices. Implementing the requiredupdates and training.
* Toconduct regular staff development reviews and feed the results intotheir annualappraisals.
* Collect maintainfully understand and analyse the company data on the number ofapplications and the companys status relevant to each Universitysrequirement. Provide this data as monthly reports to the CompanyDirectors.
* Create newstrategies for enhancing the recruitment function using the datacollected as the based platform in order to meet the requiredgrowth inapplications.
Experience:
* Furtheror higher education qualifications or equivalentexperience.
* Experience instudent support in Higher Education preferably with experience indealing with internationalstudents.
* Experience ofprocedures and knowledge of student visas isessential.
* Ability to managea diversity of tasks and organize and prioritise own workload whileunder pressure.
* Ability tocontribute to and work within a team. Ability to work on owninitiative to resolve a range ofproblems.
* Excellent verbaland written communicationskills.
* Ability todemonstrate cultural awareness and able to demonstrate a high levelof empathy and understanding with internationalstudents.
* Excellent ITskills in an administrative setting including word processingskills and using a multiuser student recordsystem.
* Experience of usinga Higher Education student record system isdesirable.
* Ability to workflexibly to ensure completion of tasks such as outside standardworking hours during busy periods of theyear.
* Able to demonstrate anunderstanding of and commitment to equality and diversity and itspracticalapplication.
