Private Client Solicitor

We are looking for an experienced Private Client Senior Solicitor to join our Legal 500 Tier 1 Wills, Probate & Estate Planning team. Based across our Maidenhead and Windsor offices, you will lead a collaborative team and play a key role in driving growth and excellence.
Your day‑to‑day will include:
* Managing and supporting the Maidenhead team, ensuring high performance and development
* Delivering a broad range of private client services including Wills, Probate, Trusts, LPAs, and tax planning
* Overseeing workflow and mentoring junior staff
* Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
We're looking for:
* Minimum 8 years' PQE in Private Client work
* Strong technical knowledge, especially in inheritance tax and estate planning
* STEP membership (or working towards qualification)
* Proven leadership skills and experience managing complex matters for high‑net‑worth clients
* A proactive, commercially minded approach with excellent interpersonal skills
