AMB Recruitment is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take full ownership of a 360 desk across high-demand technical and industrial sectors in the UK.
This is a senior role for a proven biller who can win new business, manage key accounts, and deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions — with real autonomy and a clear route into leadership.
The Role
Full 360 recruitment: BD, client management & delivery
Build and grow your own market within technical sectors
Manage key client relationships and negotiate terms
Deliver permanent and temporary recruitment solutions
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates

£34,000 basic
Uncapped commission with no threshold

About You
Proven 360 recruitment experience
Strong billing history across permanent, temporary or contract recruitment
Background in technical, engineering or industrial markets preferred
Commercial, driven and ready for the next step
