To lead, coordinate and facilitate the implementation of service delivery within Cleaner Communities. To drive development and innovation within the Service, ensuring the provision of the best service to the communities we serve. To assist with the promotion, delivery, and integration of the Council’s key objectives, specifically relating to the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement, and Best Value.

The Individual
This is a full-time, permanent position based at Western Road Depot, Kilmarnock. The working hours are 35 per week, with the following pattern: Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-4pm. The annual salary ranges from £40,495 to £44,117. The work style is ‘Flexible’, with 50-79% of time spent in the office. Employees may work at different locations, occasionally from home or other sites, 1-2 days per week. All office-based employees (excluding those in schools) are expected to work towards the higher end of their allocated work style in terms of time spent in the office or at other locations.
