Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established Holiday Park Group on the hunt for an exceptional Sous Chef to assist in leading their kitchen team.

In this role, you will:
1. Assist Daily Operations: Take charge of kitchen activities in Head Chef’s absence, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of preparation and cooking.
2. Team Training and Delegation: Inspire and help train the team, delegating tasks to keep the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently.
3. Supervise Food Service: Assist the Head Chef in leading your team throughout the day.
4. Promote Teamwork and Hospitality: Cultivate a positive team spirit, encouraging collaboration and a welcoming atmosphere among the team.
