Store Manager – PODUR (Bullring Birmingham)

PODUR is opening its first physical store in Bullring, Birmingham, and we are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our launch.
PODUR is a growing UK fashion brand specialising in modest clothing, including abayas, hijabs, dresses, kids' abayas and baby dresses. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new store opening and play a key role in shaping our retail journey.

The Role
* Support the opening and day-to-day running of the store
* Take full responsibility for day-to-day store operations
* Lead, motivate and support the store team
* Deliver an excellent customer experience
* Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
* Maintain high visual merchandising and brand standards
* Manage stock control, deliveries and replenishment
* Oversee cash handling and daily reporting
* Supervise shifts and open/close the store
A good understanding or appreciation of modest fashion is highly advantageous.
About You
* Previous retail experience (supervisory or management level)
* Confident working in a fast-paced retail environment
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Customer-focused and organised
* Interest in fashion and retail
Contract, Pay & Hours
* 6-month contract (pop-up store)
* Extension or move into a larger permanent store based on sales performance
* Hourly rate: £14.00 – £17.00 per hour, depending on role and experience
* Full-time, rota-based shifts (including weekends)
Start Date
Must be available to start between 23rd February and 5th March.
