Location - Leven, Scotland Full Time & Permanent Closing Date - 5th May 2024 As a Maintenance Scheduler (what we call Maintenance Planning), you'll play a crucial role in optimising maintenance resources and practices, ensuring efficiency and safety across our operations. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently lead work planning & control processes, both internally and externally. - Analyze data to enhance asset care practices and overall performance. - Coach and engage operational teams, prioritizing Asset Care. - Monitor and communicate key performance indicators, driving improvement actions. - Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality Standards. - Collaborate with Maintenance Leaders to enhance plant performance. - Oversee SAP data integrity and maintenance plans according to Diageo standards. - Lead integrated planning meetings, reporting maintenance requirements. - Drive continuous improvement in maintenance performance and resource utilization. - Foster team morale and address underperformance. - Promote a culture of safety through effective conversations. - Contribute to personal development and growth. Qualifications and Experience: - City & Guilds / ONC level qualification in relevant field. - Proficient in data analysis and application usage (Excel, Word, etc.). - Experience in a manufacturing/maintenance environment with strong communication skills. - Proficient in root cause problem-solving methodologies.
