Non-Executive Director
Responsible to the Chairperson and the Board, the Non-Executive Director: Performance will use their experience to advise, at a strategic level, the Wales Golf High Performance team and to assist the Board in its oversight and assessment of Wales Golf’s performance programmes.
The Non-Executive Director will be expected to contribute to the ongoing development of Wales Golf’s strategy; help oversee its successful delivery and promote the highest standards of governance across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
High Performance Programme
* Assist the Board in its oversight and assessment of the Wales Golf High Performance Programme.
* Become a member of the Wales Golf High Performance Advisory Group.
* Be available to provide advice to the Wales Golf Director of Pathwy and Performance to assist in the ongoing development of the programme as required.
