A successful boutique commercial real estate business based in a lovely mews in Soho is looking for an EA/Office Manager to join their friendly team. They have developed a range of impressive commercial properties mostly around Central London.
There is no hierarchy in the team and you will play a key part in the continous success of the business. They are a lovely team of people who work hard but also socialise on a regular basis.
Your role will be varied and include:
* Supporting the CEO with diary & travel management including travel itineraries and visa applications, scheduling dinners and events and expenses.
* Minimal personal support to the CEO at times
* Team admin support with diary management and expenses
* Events organisation alongside an event company (500+ attendees at times)
* Marketing admin support (updating the website, sending marketing material to the marketing agency etc)
* Office Management: post/deliveries/setting up meeting rooms/weekly food shop orders/opening the office/setting up coffee machine/air con/ ordering stationary/ Health & Safety
* Meeting/Greeting visitors
* Organising team dinners and office parties
* Charity events
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who enjoys working autonomously and who would like to take on more projects down the line whether it is in marketing, PR or accounts.
The right candidate will:
* have a minimum of 3-5 years EA/PA experience
* have worked in a standalone EA/PA role working for a small company
* Positive friendly can do attitude
* able to work autonomously
* ambitious- willing to take on different projects in the future
Salary £50,000 to £55,000 as well as discretionary bonus, private medical cover and private dental cover.
Fridays working from home and hours are 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm.
