Atrium Healthcare is hiring for a Deputy Manager on behalf of a respected children’s residential care provider.
What you’ll do:
* Support the Registered Manager and lead the team
* Oversee care plans and compliance
* Mentor staff and support training
* Ensure children’s needs are met with compassion and consistency
What you’ll need:
* NVQ Level 3 (Children’s Residential or equivalent)
* Experience in a senior or deputy care role
* Strong communication & organisational skills
