We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Assistant, who is a technically minded, creative individual, looking to work in a lively and close-knit team!
The role is a full-time position (covering maternity) based in our Norwich Operations Office. It offers on‑the‑job training and extensive experience in the retail industry.
Your Main Duties
* Supporting and assisting various colleagues in all areas of online and offline marketing within the company.
* Proactively handling a range of administrative tasks.
* Coordinating competitor research on regular promotional activity.
* Sourcing supplies for in‑store use.
* Customer retention administrative support.
* Email, blog, and content creation.
* Using a bespoke, in‑house CRM system (training provided).
Experience and Skills Required
* Excellent communication skills.
* Successful within a fast‑paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Ideally have experience with Adobe Software.
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
* Driving licence is essential.
This position is full‑time, working Monday to Friday, between 7.30am and 5.00pm, 37.75 hours per week.
