About The Company

At Young Wellbeing Hub, we’re on a mission to change the future for children and young people. You’ll be working across our growing network of services including Ofsted-registered care homes, a dedicated tutoring service, and our specialist CAMHS staffing company. We provide holistic, trauma-informed support across health, education, and care.

We’re now looking for a Marketing Executive to help us bring our story to life, someone who can drive awareness, create engaging content, and showcase the incredible work our teams do every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Assisting our Marketing Manager with the planning and delivery of high-impact multi-channel campaigns across our care, education and mental health brands.
* Craft messaging that resonates with local authorities, NHS commissioners, parents, schools, and professionals.
* Create content for digital-first campaigns across email, social, paid ads, and more.
* Assist with the creation of engaging video content that brings our services, stories, and impact to life.
* Use tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social platforms to track and optimise campaign performance.
* Build strong working relationships across the business.
* Keep your finger on the pulse of digital trends, and champion new ideas and smarter ways of working.

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience working on marketing campaigns, ideally in purpose-driven or service-based organisations
* A natural content creator – proactive in generating and producing content yourself
* A strategic thinker who can roll up their sleeves and make things happen quickly
* Excellent written communication, brand storytelling, and campaign planning skills
* Experience working with digital tools (e.g. MailChimp, Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager)
* Collaborative worker
* A passion for improving children’s lives and a desire to be part of something bigger than just a job

Bonus Points If You Have:

* Experience in children’s services, mental health, education, or public sector marketing
* A working knowledge of SEND, neurodiversity, or trauma-informed practice
* A background in video production, digital storytelling, or social-first content strategy

Why Join Us?

You’ll be joining a fast-growing, purpose-driven organization where your ideas and creativity will be valued from day one. This is more than just a marketing role, it’s a chance to shape a group that’s improving lives across the UK. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager, and you’ll have the freedom and opportunity to bring fresh ideas, bold campaigns, and innovative content to life.

Benefits:

* Annual leave: Extended annual leave of 25 days PLUS your birthday off
* Wellbeing & support: Free counselling service, back support and ergonomic set up in the office with calm pods for focus and downtime
* Hybrid Working
* Office perks: lively office environment in Hackney Wick with free tea & coffee, casual dress code, and Friday afternoon drinks
* Recognition & rewards: Weekly, monthly, and quarterly incentives, yearly awards ceremony and yearly trips abroad for exceptional employees
* Social & team events: Christmas party paid for by the company, events and socials covered.
* Growth & development: continuous training and professional development opportunities, paid to attend relevant industry events
* Free gym access: we offer free access to a fully-equipped gym local to the office
