What You Will Do
As a Trainee White Goods Engineer – Field Based, your role will involve:
* Learning to repair and maintain household appliances including washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and electric cookers
* Visiting customers’ homes to diagnose issues and carry out repairs safely and efficiently
* Using your mechanical or electrical mindset to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site
* Recording and managing job details using our in-house engineer software
* Following guidance from your mentor while building your skills and confidence
* Providing excellent customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally
* Continuously developing your technical skills through structured training and on-the-job experience

* Salary: £26,500 to £27,000 per annum (depending on experience) – salary reviewed once you’re signed off training
