Retail Operations Administrator, Plymouth
This role is based in Derriford, Plymouth, and is a temporary to permanent opportunity, working Monday to Friday from 8:45 am to 5:30 pm. Salary to be discussed upon application.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate travel bookings for staff.
* Support retail operations, from PPE and training to health & safety reporting.
* Manage staff discount card administration and operational support tasks.
* Provide first-line support for retail stores, answering queries and directing them to the right teams.
* Assist with recruitment for new store openings.
* Maintain accurate records, process data, and manage in-house systems.
Qualifications:
* Experience in retail administration or a similar support role is advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail—accuracy is key!
* Excellent organisational skills—able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Confident communicator—able to build strong relationships across teams.
* Good IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
