About the Role

We're looking for confident, sociable, and energetic team members to join us at Crêpe Salut, working from our mobile crêpe van at festivals, events, weddings, and private hires across Dorset and Hampshire.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves chatting to people, and enjoys being right at the heart of the action. Our van can get very busy, so you'll need to think on your feet, work quickly under pressure, and still deliver great vibes and top-tier customer service.
You'll be part of a small, close-knit team, but must also be confident working independently when needed. We're building a reliable crew to support us throughout the festival season, from lively music and food festivals to weddings and private events.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Experience: Confidently engaging with customers, taking orders, preparing and serving crêpes quickly and to a high standard. We pride ourselves on the atmosphere we bring, so personality and energy are key.
* Fast-Paced Service: Working efficiently during busy service periods while staying calm, organised, and upbeat.
* Stock & Setup: Assisting with stock checks, restocking ingredients, and keeping the van organised during service.
* Health & Safety: Following food hygiene and safety standards at all times and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
Requirements
* Must be able to drive (essential).
* Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within food service or hospitality.
* Confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking to large numbers of people.
* Able to work well under pressure in busy, high-energy environments.
* Self-motivated, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
* Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
* Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is beneficial but not essential (we can help with this).
