Overview
Job Title: Catering Assistant - Permanent - Bexhill Academy
The role involves assisting in the preparation, serving and presentation of all food and beverages as directed by the Cook in Charge, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. A background in catering would be preferred but is not essential. The successful candidate will participate in appropriate training.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation, serving and presentation of all food and beverages as directed by the Cook in Charge.
* Participate in appropriate training as required.
* Travel to a range of academies throughout the North East of England; must be able to drive and have own vehicle for business use.
* Based at Bexhill Academy and provide cover for Townend, North View, Hasting Hill and Welbeck Academy as required.
Qualifications
* A background in catering would be preferred but is not essential.
* Must be able to drive and have own vehicle for business purposes.
* Based at Bexhill Academy, with travel to partner academies as needed.
