The Role
You’ll take full ownership of the bar operation, driving standards, leading your team, and delivering strong financial performance across all beverage areas in this stunning multi:faceted London venue.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, train, and develop a high:performing bar team
* Deliver outstanding guest experience through consistent, high:quality service
* Manage and evolve the drinks offering, including cocktails and seasonal menus
* Drive wet sales and GP through strong commercial control and upselling
* Oversee stock, ordering, cellar management, and supplier relationships
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and organisation
* Lead daily briefings and ensure smooth, well:planned service

* Proven Bar Manager experience in a high:volume, quality:led environment
* Strong commercial awareness (GP, stock control, cost management)
