Rural Surveyor Opportunity
A leading rural property consultancy is seeking a MRICS-qualified Rural Surveyor to join their expanding team across Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals passionate about rural land and estate management to work with a diverse client base and contribute to a wide range of high-impact projects.
The Role
As a Rural Surveyor, you'll play a key role in delivering expert advice and services across:
1. Estate management for agricultural, commercial, and residential properties, including natural capital, forestry, and sporting interests.
2. Property consultancy on sales, acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, compensation claims, servitudes, and wayleaves.
3. RICS Red Book valuations and property appraisals.
4. Renewable energy projects (wind, hydro, solar, battery storage).
5. Strategic land management for both private and public sector clients.
6. Business development and client relationship management.
Candidate Profile
We're looking for individuals who are:
7. MRICS qualified (or working towards qualification with a RICS-accredited degree).
8. Ideally RICS Registered Valuers (not essential).
9. FAAV qualified or working towards it (preferred).
10. Holding a Letting Agent Register compliant qualification (desirable).
11. Strong communicators with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
12. Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
13. In possession of a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
