Enterprise PMO Specialist
South Coast (2 days onsite, flexibility after onboarding)
Salary: £60,000–£65,000 + 15% bonus + 10% pension

VIQU have partnered with a leading UK financial services organisation undergoing significant transformation, modernising its operations and driving a large-scale, enterprise-wide change portfolio.
With a strong market presence and a reputation for high-quality financial advice and investment services, this is an opportunity to join a business investing heavily in governance, planning, and strategic delivery.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with strong potential to become permanent, joining a central Enterprise PMO team responsible for overseeing complex, high-value programmes.
The Role
Operating at enterprise level, you’ll support the full change portfolio, focusing on project planning, dependencies, governance, and resource management rather than a single project.
You’ll work across multiple programmes, ensuring alignment, consistency, and high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and enhance enterprise-level project planning, including dependencies and critical paths
• Oversee resource planning and SME demand across programmes
• Drive PMO governance, standards, and best practice
• Deliver MI reporting, risk tracking, and portfolio insights
• Support and coach Project Managers to improve delivery quality
• Maintain accuracy across Microsoft Project for the Web and Excel
• Identify risks, conflicts, and optimisation opportunities across the portfolio
Key Requirements
• Strong Enterprise PMO experience (portfolio-level, not just project-level)
• Experience within large, complex organisations
• Expertise in planning, dependencies, and resource management
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance experience
• Advanced Excel and experience with Microsoft Project tools
• Financial services experience is essential
• High attention to detail and quality
