Key Responsibilities:
* Provide classroom support in your subject specialism or across several areas
* Work with individual students or small groups to boost understanding and engagement

* Gain valuable insight into school life and effective educational practices
Who We’re Looking For:
* Graduates (or soon-to-be graduates) from 2025 with a 2:1 or higher
* Ideally from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university
* Motivated by a passion for education and a desire to make a difference
* Strong interest in one or more of the listed subject areas
* Reliable, enthusiastic, and adaptable
* Prior experience working with young people is beneficial but not required
