Finance Manager | East Kent | £45k - £50k
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a fast-growing, international organisation. The Finance Manager will take ownership of key financial operations, including management reporting, cashflow oversight, and financial analysis, while ensuring smooth running of transactional processes. This is a hands-on position requiring strong technical ability, commercial acumen, and an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly management accounts for multiple entities.
Support month-end close, group consolidation, and intercompany reconciliations.
Oversee supplier invoice processing, ensuring accurate coding, approval, and timely payment.
Review and approve employee expenses, ensuring compliance and timely reimbursement.
Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management.
Support preparation of board and investor reporting with analysis and commentary.
Liaise with international advisors to ensure tax, statutory, and audit compliance.
Drive process and systems improvements across the finance function.
Provide ad hoc support and analysis to senior leadership as required.
About You
Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent).
Experience as a Finance Manager, Management Accountant, or Senior Accountant in a multi-entity business.
Strong technical understanding of management reporting and month-end processes.
Hands-on experience managing supplier and customer invoices, billing, and expenses.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with NetSuite or similar systems advantageous.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
