We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales & Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will support both sales growth and day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is self driven, customer focused, and able to balance sales activities with administrative responsibilities.
The role involves meeting or exceeding sales targets, building a new client base and providing excellent aftercare to existing customers. You will also assist the administrative team with daily office tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Meet with new clients face to face
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Provide excellent aftercare and ongoing support to existing customers
Maintain sales records
Paid commission for strong sales leads and successfully gaining new customers.
Administrative Duties
Input data and keep records up to date
Manage emails, phone calls, and general enquiries
Maintain calendars and schedules
Prepare reports and documentation
Assist with basic accounting tasks
The Ideal Candidate
Holds a valid driving licence and is able to travel as required
Highly self-motivated with strong time management skills
A reliable timekeeper with excellent organisational abilities
