From organising wellbeing events to promoting mental health awareness, you’ll be at the heart of our people-first culture. What will you be doing? Working collaboratively across the organisation to develop and promote the Service’s wellbeing programme Organise wellbeing programmes, workshops, and campaigns to support staff engagement. Provide guidance on mental health, stress management, and healthy lifestyle choices. Work closely with HR, providing advice and guidance in developing a sustainable wellbeing culture. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives. In conjunction with the fitness advisor and HR, ensure fitness standards are implemented and monitored, supporting employees to maintain fitness requirements. What are we looking for? Experience in a related role such as health promotion with demonstrable involvement in the area of health & Wellbeing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Educated to NVQ Level 5 in a relevant qualification such as health / nutrition / HR / social care / occupational health (Working towards and or suitable levels of experience will also be considered) Ability to design and deliver engaging wellbeing plans and workplace initiatives The post is located at Service Headquarters, Shrewsbury, providing free on-site parking.
