1to1 Group are looking for an experienced candidate for a busy role in Winchester, to assist with the daily business operations and office and project management.
To succeed in this role, you must be proactive, enthusiastic, highly organised and forward thinking. In this position, as well as ensuring smooth operations across the entire business and managing workflow, you will be assisting with growing the business too.
This role would suit someone from an EA, studio/office manager or operational manager background.
Key Responsibilities of Business Support Manager:
·Manage workflow and resource allocation to meet project deadlines and revenue targets
·Lead weekly team meetings to communicate goals and gather feedback
·Oversee basic accounting tasks (invoicing, debt collection, P&L monitoring)
·Handle HR duties (contracts, recruitment, appraisals, payroll)
·Ensure health and safety compliance across the business
·Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies
·Line management of the Office Assistant
Requirements:
·Proven experience in a senior-level Practice/Office Manager or Business Support Manager role
·Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
·Experience with project management and resource coordination
·Basic accounting knowledge and HR management experience
·Proficient in IT and accounting software
·Experience in interior or garden design or architecture is desirable
