The Role
The Gym Director is a full-time leadership position responsible for the overall success of the gym. This is a hands-on role that includes teaching classes, leading a team, engaging with parents, and driving membership growth and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Teach classes regularly and model high-quality instruction
* Lead, train, and support a high-performing team
* Drive enrollments, retention, and outstanding customer experiences
* Communicate confidently with parents and guide families through enrollment
* Support local marketing efforts, events, and community partnerships
* Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and facility standards
Qualifications
* Comfortable teaching children in a group setting
* Strong communication skills with both kids and parents
* Leadership or management experience in a people-focused role
* Sales confidence and customer-first mindset
* Organized, positive, and energetic
* Experience in child development, education, or gymnastics is a plus. Training provided.
* Availability to work a Sunday-Thursday work week and some evenings (ending by 7:00 PM).
