With a strong pipeline of both existing and new projects, they deliver high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective builds across the commercial, healthcare and education sectors on the Island of Ireland and UK. With an increase in project demands, they are looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join their team. This role is critical in preparing accurate cost estimates, ensuring competitive pricing, and supporting successful project delivery. The right candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, ideally with experience in modular or off-site construction. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets for modular construction projects Review drawings, specifications, and project scopes to assess costs Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options Assist in contract negotiations and project financial planning Work closely with internal teams to ensure budgets align with project goals Stay up to date on industry costs, materials, and construction methods Requirements Proven experience as a construction estimator, preferably in modular construction Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and cost structures Proficiency in estimation software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines Excellent communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of local building codes and regulations On Offer Excellent salary package will be commensurate with experience Private Healthcare pension A positive, team-focused culture A strong pipeline of ongoing and new projects Career growth and professional development opportunities Work-life balance in a supportive environment Hours of work Monday Thursday 8am 5pm, Friday 8am 3pm Hybrid opportunity available and can be discussed at interview stage.
