About the Opportunity
We’re looking for Associate Trainees to join our Real Estate and IBC/NCLT Litigation teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Real estate transactions & advisory
* Insolvency matters under IBC
* Litigation before NCLT
* Support in real estate documentation, due diligence, and client advisory
* Asset in drafting, filing and managing IBC/NCLT matters
* Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs
* Coordinate with clients, counsels, and the internal team
Eligibility Criteria
* Law graduates from reputed institutions
* Prior law firm experience is a plus
* Freshers welcome – if you’re eager to learn, we’re eager to train
