Location: East Grinstead, West Sussex
Pay: £90 – £100 per day
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (term-time only)
Do you want a role where every day you can positively impact young people’s futures? Teaching Personnel are looking for Secondary Learning Support Assistants to join secondary schools in East Grinstead.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
* Working 1:1 with students who require extra help to access the curriculum
* Supporting pupils with additional learning needs, including those with SEN or behavioural challenges
* Helping deliver engaging and effective lessons across core subjects
* Providing encouragement, guidance, and a positive role model for students
Ideal applicants will have:
* A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
* Excellent communication skills and a patient, caring nature
* The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing needs
* Some experience in youth work, tutoring, or care (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
