As they move into an exciting three-year growth phase, they're looking for a Sales & Design Manager who's ready to own it. The Role This is not a cold calling or new business development role. It's about nurturing and growing an established client base, managing the full journey from brief to delivery, and leading a talented sales and design team. You'll be the key point of contact for major accounts, ensuring every client feels valued and every project is handled with precision and care. Working closely with the Director, you'll collaborate across departments to keep things running seamlessly. What You'll Be Doing Managing and developing client relationships, overseeing costings and quotations, attending client meetings, preparing tenders, running order handovers, leading the design team day-to-day, and reporting on performance — all with a focus on service excellence and commercial results.
