Due to operational demand, you will be required to work weekends which will include Sundays. Further role-specific details will be discussed at interview stage.
We are holding a Recruitment Event at our Bristol East Central Delivery Office, Unit 19, City Business Park, Bristol, BS1 1AD on Tuesday 8th July.
The event will start at 11am and finish around 1pm. This will be an energetic and interactive session designed to give you a real feel for what it's like to be a part of Royal Mail.

Welcome & Introduction
You’ll hear about the roles we’re currently hiring for, plus a behind-the-scenes look at life at Royal Mail, including a first-hand account from one of our Operations Managers.
On-Site Experience
You'll break into small groups for a guided tour of the site. This is your chance to see the work environment in action—watch how Posties start their day, check out the tech they use, and even feel the weight of the delivery bag you’d carry. It’s all about helping you picture yourself in the role.
Behind the Wheel
Visit one of our yards and get a chance to see our delivery vans up close! Our team will walk you through the driving aspects of the job and the safety standards we follow, helping you understand what’s involved in this important part of the role.
Your Interview
You'll have a one-to-one interview with one of our operational managers. This is your time to shine—share your experience, ask questions, and find out how your skills align with the role. Don’t forget to bring along any required documents (we’ll remind you in advance!).

We’ll come back together to close the session, answer any final questions, and let you know when you can expect to hear back from us.
