Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join their expanding team. Job Description: As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding a variety of metal components to engineering drawings and specifications. You will work across MIG/TIG processes, precision fabrication, and quality-critical operations, ensuring all work meets required standards and industry codes. This Welder Fabricator role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider engineering team. Key duties include: * Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions * Cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components using workshop tools and machinery * Carrying out MIG and TIG welding on a variety of materials * Working to WPS (Weld Procedure Specifications) and recognised welding codes such as BS EN and ISO * Preparing jigs and fixtures for complex assemblies * Operating CNC plasma cutters, waterjet, and precision machinery (desirable) * Inspecting completed welds and assemblies for accuracy and compliance * Maintaining tools and equipment and following all safety procedures, SSOW, risk assessments, and quality standards This Welder Fabricator position is full-time and permanent, offering excellent development opportunities within a stable and growing engineering organisation.
