We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Key Holder to support daily store operations at our fragrance shop. This role is ideal for someone with retail experience who enjoys leadership, sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Key Holder will assist in opening and closing the store, supervising staff, and maintaining store standards in the absence of management.
Key Responsibilities
Open and close the store, including handling alarms and securing the premises
Manage cash registers, count tills, and prepare deposits
Provide outstanding customer service and fragrance consultations
Drive sales, upsell products, and support store sales goals
Supervise and support sales associates during shifts
Train new team members on products, sales techniques, and store policies
Receive, stock, and organize inventory and testers
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand standards
Assist with loss prevention and store security
Handle customer issues professionally and escalate when needed
Qualifications
Previous retail experience required (key holder or supervisor experience preferred)
Strong customer service and sales skills
Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented
Ability to lead a team and work independently
Comfortable handling cash and store security responsibilities
Passion for fragrances or beauty products is a plus
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
