As a Senior Building Surveyor, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions that make a real difference. You’ll lead projects, mentor junior colleagues, and build lasting client relationships—all while contributing to the strategic growth of our dynamic team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead and deliver exceptional building surveying services across diverse projects.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities.
* Mentor graduate surveyors and support team development.
* Prepare and submit tender submissions with strategic insight.
* Collaborate with Partners on project planning, reporting, and fee updates.
* Drive team profitability and cross-disciplinary referrals.
What We’re Looking For:
* MRICS status with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience.
* A confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
* A proactive, commercially minded professional with a passion for the built environment.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
* Access to a vehicle and a clean driving licence.
