The department’s work includes advising on all aspects of planning and environment issues, including major retail projects, mixed use and office developments, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, planning applications and appeals, environmental impact, minerals planning, major infrastructure projects, compulsory purchase, compensation and judicial review.
