Our client is a well-established, award-winning RIBA Chartered Practice with a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, well-crafted architecture across the Residential and Education sectors. With a collaborative studio culture and a focus on quality design and technical excellence, the practice offers a supportive environment where experienced Technologists can take ownership of projects and contribute meaningfully from concept through to completion.
Role & Responsibilities
* Lead projects from planning through to construction and completion
* Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit
* Manage project delivery across all RIBA stages
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors and external stakeholders
* Attend and lead client meetings
* Resolve technical and site-related issues during construction
* Prepare and present technical and design information to clients
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience working in the UK
* CIAT registered or working towards chartership
* Proven experience delivering Residential and Education projects
* Strong Revit proficiency with experience producing detailed technical packages
* Good working knowledge of NBS specifications
* Experience running projects and leading small teams
* Confident client-facing skills across all RIBA stages
