Job Description
3. Managing all elements of the post-completion process
4. Liaising with third parties such as property factors to settle outstanding accounts
5. Overseeing the submission of applications to Registers of Scotland and identify, and deal with, complex registrations personally
6. Closing files and ensuring documents are stored / send to the relevant stakeholders
7. Provide timely and proactive updates to stakeholders including mortgage lenders
8. Manage milestones on online portals
9. Supervising junior members of the Support team dealing with submission of offers, opening of files, and on-boarding process for new clients
10. Reporting to the Support Manager on SLAs in relation to call handling, opening of files, completion of registrations and administrative tasks
11. Reporting to the Head of Conveyancing on KPIs in relation to registrations and account balances
12. Collaborating with fee earners to meet all relevant external SLAs
The Successful Applicant
13. Previous experience in residential conveyancing, specifically in the post-completion process
14. Excellent attention to detail
15. Motivation to delivery on time results
16. Proactive approach to managing account balances
17. Strong communication skills, both traditional and online
18. Ability to collaborate effectively and problem solve
19. Focus on ensuring compliance with internal and external guidance, policies, rules and regulations
