* 2nd line support across hardware, software and connectivity issues
* General networking: switches, VPNs, routing basics
* Regular maintenance, updates and user administration
* Troubleshooting and resolving escalations quickly
* Supporting IT projects and continuous improvement
* Occasional travel to additional sites
IT Support Engineer (2nd line) profile
* Solid 2nd line capability in a busy environment
* Strong troubleshooting skills
* Good networking knowledge (switches, VPNs)
* Confident managing users and permissions
* Proactive, organised and able to work independently
