Opportunity for an Architectural Technologist from mid to Senior level to join an Architectural consultancy in the centre of Birmingham.
Working across a variety of project sectors to include education, healthcare, leisure, industrial and commercial, heritage and residential. The practice have a large amount of healthcare work and specialists in this area, therefore experience in healthcare would be desirable however not essential. The team are expandind so looking for a few Technologists with a variety of sector experience.
You will join a medium size team of 30 working across a variety of projects leading and managing the projects through all RIBA stages.
Responsibilities
* Lead the technical delivery of projects from concept through to completion
* Liaising Clients to understand their business goals
* Working towards the latest building regulations and technical standards
* Managing planning applications, and building regulations
* Solving any issues that may arise
* Working towards fixed budgets and times deadlines
* Assist on planning applications and appeals
* Visit site for inspections
* Assist in business development
* Develop detailed Revit modes and drawing packages
Requirements
* Relevant qualification within Architecture
* Strong design and technical skills
* Revit is essential
* UK Based experience with a minimum of 5 years in practice experience
