What you’ll be doing
* Building modern, responsive front-end applications using React, HTML5, and CSS3 (SASS)
* Creating engaging user experiences across platforms and devices
* Consuming and integrating with RESTful APIs
* Working closely with UX designers, back-end developers, and product teams to deliver high-quality features
* Writing clean, maintainable code and collaborating through Git and version control workflows
* Participating in agile development processes and regular sprint planning
What you’ll need
* 2+ years of commercial experience in front-end development
* Solid experience with React, including Hooks, Context API, and both class/function-based components
* Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and SASS
* Experience integrating with RESTful services
* Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-device compatibility
* Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of WCAG AA accessibility standards
* Experience with Agile methodologies
* Familiarity with npm, Webpack, NVM and other build tools
* Experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit or advanced state management
* Understanding of SEO basics and performance optimization techniques
* Exposure to Node.js for front-end tooling or integrations
* Experience with CMS platforms like Umbraco, Episerver, or Drupal
* Awareness of front-end security considerations and best practices
What we offer
* £36,000 – £45,000 salary, based on experience
