Job Role: Teaching Assistant – Worsley Mesnes (WN3)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-Time, Temporary (potential to become permanent)
A welcoming primary school who we work in partnership with in Worsley Mesnes (WN3) is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across the school.
What We’re Looking For Candidates who have:
* An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
* Experience working with children, preferably in a primary school.
* A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Role Responsibilities:
* Support the class teacher with daily lessons and activities.
* Work with individual pupils and small groups to encourage progression.
* Help prepare resources and maintain an organised classroom.
* Promote positive behaviour and a calm learning environment.
* Support pupils with varying needs to ensure full access to learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
