Your new role
You will be responsible for ensuring the guest experience is of a high standard, including assisting guests with any queries or issues they may encounter before, during and after their stay. Your duties will include: coordinating with external suppliers such as cleaners and maintenance workers, meeting homeowners and performing property spot checks, maintaining accurate records and keeping all administrative functions up to date.
What you'll need to succeed
Prior customer service or administrative experience, a friendly and resilient nature and the capability to deal with challenges whilst driving positive oues. Attention to detail, and strong organisational skills are a must. This role will take you out of the office and into the field, so strongmunication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple different people and stakeholders whilst working autonomously is key in this role. Experience in property letting, or the travel industry could be advantageous.
