Job Purpose (including but not limited to):
* Install broadband and TV services
* Resolve broadband faults
* Optimize speed in our customers' premises on behalf of our clients, including TalkTalk and BT
* Repair and maintain Broadband, Telephony, and related services
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
* Complete all work to the required quality standards as applied by Qube, in line with best practices and client requirements
* Educate customers on the services installed, ensuring all services operate to their satisfaction
* Work efficiently, maintaining a clean environment and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
* Respond professionally and effectively to all customer requests and inquiries
* Develop your professional skills through timely completion of training requirements
* Comply with company fleet policies
* Follow current health and safety regulations as outlined in the H&S handbook and Toolbox Talks
* Operate tools safely and ensure work activities comply with environmental regulations
* Adhere to Circet UK Data Protection Policies and relevant legislation
