Job Vacancy – Part-Time Admin Assistant at Cornwall Wood Treatment Services. We are looking for a reliable and friendly Part-Time Admin Assistant to join our small, hardworking team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and helping keep a busy workplace organised and running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Serving customers who visit the yard
* Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
* Taking customer orders and providing quotes
* Processing orders and invoices using Sage Accounting Software
* Arranging deliveries and collections
* Liaising with the sawmill and other team members
* Assisting with general admin tasks to support day-to-day operations
What We Are Looking For
* Friendly and professional manner with customers
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask in a busy environment
* Basic computer skills
* Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
* Experience with Sage is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
