Overview

We\'re currently recruiting a friendly Reception Assistant Manager to provide first-class reception service for Levy on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

As an Reception Assistant Manager, you will work in a welcoming team to ensure that all staff and visitors are greeted and dealt with in a warm and efficient manner. Key responsibilities

* Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all staff and visitors
* Answering all incoming calls in a friendly manner
* Providing administrative support across a diverse range of areas
* Managing the ordering and distribution of office supplies
* Ensuring the office area is always kept neat and tidy
* Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
* Handling HR aspects for the department when the Manager is on annual leave, if needed
* Cover Duty Manager shifts when required

* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Possess fantastic organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
* Be competent in using Microsoft Office and general office equipment
* Display passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Be an excellent team player
