The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in a large UK region. This role offers challenges, autonomy, and career development within a dynamic, expanding business with a strong global presence.
Reporting to the UK & Ireland Commercial Manager, you will travel 2-3 days a week across the territory (south of Cheshire/Yorkshire), working with a team of 7 Account Managers, manufacturing clients, and internal stakeholders at our offices in Huntingdon & Nottinghamshire.
Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire, and coach the sales team to achieve targets
* Implement a solution-based sales approach for equipment, finance, and service agreements
* Manage the entire sales cycle professionally
Candidate Profile
* Inspirational B2B Senior Sales Leader with experience in manufacturing environments (preferably food & beverages)
* Strong leadership, KPI focus, and sales management skills
* Excellent communication and commercial awareness
* Willingness to travel regionally with occasional overnight stays
* Technical or engineering background is advantageous
