This Recruitment Resourcer role is a 3 month fixed term contract offering a pro rata salary of £25,600 per annum working full time 8am5pm Monday to Friday although we can be flexible. Meridian Business Supportis one of the largest privately owned recruitment companies in the UK, and asRecruitment Resourcerwithin theNational Recruitment Centreyou will be responsible for sourcing high volumes of candidates for a variety of temporary industrial roles across the UK. You will be makingapprox 80 calls per day to applicants, explaining the role in more detail and asking a set of questions to ensure their suitability for the role. You will book the candidates in for a registration appointment with the local branch providing excellent customer service at all times. We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience: Customer Serviceexperience within anoffice environment/ call centreis essential Excellent IT skills are required including Word, Excel, Outlook and in-house databases/ CRM systems ideally Any experience within therecruitmentindustry is advantageous but not essential An excellent telephone manner with drive and ambition to succeed Ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines is necessary This role demands flexibility in that priorities change regularly and no working day is the same!
