McLaughlin & Harvey are leading Building and Civil Engineering Contractors operating throughout the UK and Ireland.
We are seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team based in Bellshill.
Responsibilities
The Learning & Development Coordinator will collaborate with colleagues across the organization to enhance learning and development initiatives. Key tasks include:
1. Reviewing PDR training requests with senior management
2. Supporting the Learning & Development Manager with trainee and graduate programs
3. Maintaining the Learning Management System
4. Developing digital courses with various departments
5. Analyzing training feedback
6. Managing CITB grant claims to maximize recovery
7. Organizing CPD training sessions
8. Assisting with training course bookings
9. Reviewing and approving non-mandatory training
10. Coordinating medical screenings and training for Railway project staff
Essential Skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
